If You Still Wish to Return the Item
You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure the item is returned in original, undamaged, resalable condition with all packaging intact. We recommend a trackable registered logistics service, as you bear the risk of the package until we receive it.
Please note the return requirements:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the package with your order number and return reason.
2. Cover all return shipping fees in full.
3. Ensure the item is brand-new, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging kept.

For Damaged/Incorrect/Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly shipped, or the package is lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free reshipment for you with no extra costs incurred.
Refund Details
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment account within 5 business days after we confirm the returned item is in good condition.
• Non-refundable fees: Original international shipping cost, customs duties and taxes (collected by logistics companies and customs authorities).
